This is a great deal if u want to catch up or re-live the compelling story of this game I have never been so moved by a story like this one worth every penny u will not regret it.

i got this on sale for 20$. but still for 30$ w/ all dlc you dont have to pay 20$ for each game and that;s without dlc. this is a steal

Great Game, Even better deal!!!

2 Full Feature games, both console exclusives to the Xbox 360, plus all the DLC for both games! (All the DLC is free for Gears of War 1 on LIVE). The games are great and have aged very well. GoW1 is nearly a console release title and still looks nice. The games have come a long way in terms of the MP and setting up lobbies but having never played either of these games until buying this in anticipation of Gears 3 I am VERY happy with my purchase and VERY happy I gave this entire series a try!

Great Compilation at a great price.

This is 2 great games plus an add-on, so the triple pack is a great value. You start as Marcus Fenix who is in jail for an unspecified crime. You are broken out of jail to join a squad to fight against the Locust Horde. The Locust Horde have almost destroyed the Earth but now the remnants of Earth's fighting forces are beginning a counter-attack. You can play solo or co-op. The next game is of course Gears of War 2.Now the Locusts are almost complete in their subjugation of Earth. They are causing entire cities to sink into the ground and Marcus and the rest of his Delta squad must fight the Locust horde inside the Locust Hollow. The All Fronts Pack is the add-on in this compilation and it adds a campaign chapter as well as 19 extra maps for network play.and 750 more achievement points. Get the Gears of War Triple Pack to be completely prepared for Gears of War 3.

A steal at this price

This is two full games, Gears of Wars 1 and 2, plus a code for all the DLC of Gears 2. The first game's DLC is officially free now so you're getting all of that too. Both games were 60 bucks when they first launched, and all the DLC cost more too, so roughly about 150 bucks for all if you were to have bought these games when they first came out. To say you're getting a bargain for two amazing games is a blatant understatement. Great way to prepare for Gears of War 3, which also looks amazing from what I've seen of it, and it's a steal for everything. This is one amazing package that any 360 who's never played Gears of War, but really wants to, would be a fool to pass up on. It is worth it for Gears 2 alone, mainly because the game is amazing in it's sense of scale and for the story too. But the fact that you're getting two full games + all the DLC for said games, is just the icing on this delicious cake. I would definitely recommend picking this up in a heartbeat. Any 360 owner definitely should. The first Gears of War still looks awesome, and the second? Ho ho, wow! Trust me, pick this up immediately!

While everyone's waiting for the Gears of War 3 beta,and video game,prepare yourself with both titles.This compilation from Epic Games bundles together the first two titles.Join Marcus Fenix,Dominic Santiago,and the rest of Delta Squad as they battle the Locust horde.And also includes the Gears of War 2: All Fronts expansion pack.
