Excellent Keyboard
This keyboard is absolutely awesome. I've owned mine since 2006 and it has never had a single negative issue. Solid construction; it's heavy. It feels and looks like a high quality keyboard. I've always used mine on my entertainment PCs where my television is the monitor. There are programmable shortcut keys that I can customize for my favorite software or other uses. With the built-in touchpad, I have no need for a mouse and can comfortably use it while sitting on the sofa with the keyboard in my lap. The wireless range allows me to operate it from seemingly any distance. I've been 25-30 feet away and it works just fine. It has a glossy black appearance and an orange glow to the touch pad and special keys when touched or pressed. It looks at home in the most stylish surroundings. 5 years of use and I'm still impressed by this keyboard. It's a great buy.

highly recommend!
I had my reservations about buying a $200 keyboard but I have found this to be a worthwhile "investment." I find it handy because the keys seem to bounce perfectly when typing. However i cannot give this product a perfect score because it really needed a number keypad. As for battery life i typically go 2-3 weeks without having to charge which is very impressive. The range is excellent for when i want to use my TV as a monitor, i sit approx. 30 feet from the usb receiver and get NO lag.

Fantastic
Excellent keyboard. Has exceeded my expectations even after trying one out before buying. The touchpad is incredible and versatile, and keys feel crisp when typing. I'm giving it a 5, but do have a few considerations: No right-handed number pad. (Sometimes it's handy) Volume slider has to be swiped several times (moving from end to end adjusts volume maybe 10% max) Battery charge, of course, varies. Even with heavy use (6+ hours per day) it will last over a week, and lasts quite a while even when displaying low battery.
